Child Safety (CSAE)

Othiri is strictly 18+ only. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). If you suspect a minor or see grooming/CSAE content:
  1. In-app: Profile or chat → •••Block & Report → choose Under 18/CSAE.
  2. Email the Child Safety POC: contact@othiri.com (include username, screenshots, timestamps if possible).
  3. Emergency: If you are in immediate danger, contact local authorities first.

Handling: We remove CSAE content/accounts, may preserve relevant data where required by law, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. See Child Safety Standards (CSAE).

Account & profile

  • Edit profile: Update photos, bio, and interests from the profile screen.
  • Age requirement: Othiri is 18+ only. Accounts in violation may be removed.
  • Login issues: Ensure stable internet and the latest app version, then retry.
  • Delete account: Use “Delete account” in Settings (permanent). You can also email us.

Safety & reporting

We want Othiri to be respectful and safe. Use the in-app tools to block or report users anytime.
  1. Report: Open the profile or chat → tap Report → choose a reason (harassment, spam, impersonation, hate, nudity, minors/CSAE, etc.). Add context if possible.
  2. Block: Blocks prevent chats and profile visibility.
  3. Emergency: If you feel unsafe, contact local authorities first.

Moderation approach: combination of automated checks and human review. Violations can lead to warnings, restrictions, or account removal.

Billing & refunds (Google Play)

Othiri Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. For charges, receipts, trials, cancellations, and refunds, please follow Google Play’s policies and steps in the Play Store app.
  • Cancel subscription: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Othiri.
  • Request refund: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → select purchase → Request refund.
  • Device changes: Sign in with the same Google account to restore entitlements.

Note: We don’t store full payment card details. Billing is handled by Google Play.

Data & privacy requests

You can exercise your privacy rights via the app or email. We’ll verify ownership before acting.
  • Access / export data: Email contact@othiri.com.
  • Delete data: Use “Delete account” in Settings or email us with subject “Data Deletion – Othiri”.
  • Corrections: Update profile info in-app; contact us for anything else.
